What we're looking for
Experience
2-5 years across real estate, property management, development, or hospitality. Direct experience building pro formas, working with lenders, or evaluating acquisition targets is a strong plus.
People skills
Warm, professional communicator. Comfortable interfacing with sellers, residents, vendors, and lenders -- often in the same day. Discretion and care matter here, especially with senior residents.
Generalist mindset
Equally comfortable with a deal spreadsheet and a community calendar. Doesn't need a narrow lane. Enjoys variety and can prioritize across competing tasks without losing things.
Self-directed
This is a remote role on a small team. You'll need to manage your own workload, surface issues proactively, and work without close supervision most of the time.
Systems thinking
When you do a task twice, you write it down the third time. Interested in building processes, not just completing them. Comfortable with ambiguity in a growing organization.
Nice to have
Background in senior living, aging services, or community development. Familiarity with RAL-scale or residential assisted living concepts. Experience evaluating your own real estate deals or managing your own portfolio. Interest in the coliving movement.
